*Role: ServiceNow Systems Administrator* *Location: Marlborough, MA* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Interview Process: Telephone + In-Person * *ServiceNow Systems Administrator* ServiceNow Administrator will be providing support and development on our expanding ServiceNow platform. This individual will field and resolve ServiceNow issues and perform other duties as assigned. Key duties will be supporting existing modules which include Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Project and Portfolio Management, Configuration Management, AD Automation, and Service Catalog. Individual must be a team player as well as ability to work independently. *Additional Responsibilities:* - Enhancement of existing modules primarily around notifications, reporting, and minor enhancements - Field and resolve Service Now issues as Tier 2 Support with excellent problem solving skills - Review best practices and suggest better optimization - Create new Knowledge articles related to Service Now and updates to existing articles - Review system logs and proactively deal with any issues - Support Standard Change process/creation - Create Test Scripts, execute and/or review tests against requirements *Required Technical Skills:* Service Now Advanced Admin skills including Workflow, Scripting, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI policies, etc. Experience with XML processing Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and relevant IT architecture experience Service Now Cloning, Upgrade and Patching experience *Required Education/Certification:* Service Now System Administrator Certification Certified Service Now Implementation Specialist is a plus 2+ years of Service Now experience ITIL v3 Foundation Certification or later Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
