Software Engineer II/III 6 month + contracts Skype hire Hiring manager comes from an engineering/aerospace background and is a software engineer (Java background), so he will be asking technical questions during the interview. Skype for our of town, and in person for locals. There will be a problem solving exercise as part of the interview process, where he will give them a simple software problem to code out for him so he can see their approach on verifying and solving a problem. Candidates need to have good problem solving skills, and experience testing/debugging their own solutions and be able to demonstrate this in an interview setting. The Skype interview will be a shared screen, so they would need to do it from a PC or Laptop (not a phone), so the code sharing exercise can be done.
