*Job Role: Oracle BPM - Tech Lead* Location: Tampa - Florida Duration: 3 months ( Possible extension) Job Description: *Key skills required for the job are:* - Oracle BPM (Mandatory) - ERWIN - Oracle SOA Suite As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenance/Testing) You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product. You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project. *Essential Skill(s):* · *Oracle BPM (L4)* · *ERWIN (L3)* · *BPM Process Design (L2) :* Should have five years of work experience on BPM/BRMS stack. Should have good experience in Architecture and design of BPM engagements. Should have good experience in J2EE,Web Services, Unit Testing and Debugging rules. Should have Customer facing skills including influencing customer architects and business stakeholders. Should have excellent knowledge of programming /systems analysis, problem solving and analytical skills. Should have extensive knowledge base(e.g. infrastructure/ technology/ application to analyze problems of the greatest complexity and contribute to troubleshooting efforts.
