*Salesforce AdminDanvers,MA6+ Months Contract Face to face required for final round* Salesforce.com systems administration with 3-5 years of experience, web application, IT support, CRM case mgmt, platform maintenance, experience supporting, client-server and/or web-based applications and SaaS solutions. *Job description:* The Salesforce.com Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of our Salesforce.com applicaton. You will be working with our sales, marketing, technical support and customer service users. Daily activities will also include resolving technical and functional support issues, driving new opportunities for functionality, managing data loads and data quality and training end-users on new features and functionality. This person will help expand the footprint globally. *Responsibilities:* Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of a large implementation of salesforce.com including managing users, creating and maintaining custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, maintenance of page layouts, and installation and support of app exchange applications. Manage a fast-paced queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution. Maintain and demonstrate 100% compliance will all written policies and change management controls. Represent the CRM team in project meetings for new applications and solutions, communicate support requirements Assist in the configuration and maintenance of “sandbox” environments to facilitate success development and QA testing of new on-demand features and functionality Assist in Release Management tasks required to promote tested functionality from sandbox into a production environment *Required Skills/Experience:* 3-5 years experience in Web Application or IT Support with proven ability to support customers with diverse requirements Previous Salesforce.com administration experience for minimum 100-seat environment handling all aspects of CRM, case management and platform maintenance highly desirable Demonstrated technical aptitude for, and experience supporting, client-server and/or web-based applications and SaaS solutions Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups. Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality Must be a go-getter and salesforce.com enthusiast who thrives on working in fast-paced environment Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus.
