*Contract Position* - *What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)* 1. Estimate quality assurance effort on approved projects. 2. Develop and implement efficient and effective, test conditions and test scripts for approved projects. 3. Manage towards results, by process, with facts and with continuous process improvement in mind. 4. Own and manage test environments and processes. 5. Work with process improvement teams to ensure effective process improvements are implemented. 6. Review and provide input on all project level documentation. 7. Create test plans and test cases as they relate to testing project requirements to ensure the overall quality of software delivered. 8. Create requirement/test case relationship using Quality Center (traceability). 9. Plan, document, evaluate and track testing results to ensure system applications are free from defects. 10. Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality within SDLC. *What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?* *Technical Skills: * 1. Hands on experience with Client Quality Center or test director. 2. Hands on experience with any of the defect tracking tools such as bugzilla, Jira. 3. Experience with IVR, contact center, & knowledge management domain. 4. Experience in the Health Care Industry (health care delivery) Soft Skills: 1. Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality within software life cycle. *What skills/attributes are a must have? * *Resource should have at least 4 years of relevant QA experience with knowledge on below processes.* 1. SDLC ? 4 years 2. STLC ? 3 years 3. Defect life cycle ? 3 years 4.
