*Please send resumes to **[email protected]* <[email protected]> *ROLE* *Technical Data Analyst* *LOCATION* *Bala Cynwyd PA* *DURATION* *LONG TERM* *RATE* *$50/HR ON C2C* *CLIENT* *DIRECT* *INTERVIEW TYPE* *Phone and Skype* *U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply* *Note: For H1 While submitting I need consultant I 797 OR ID Proof.* *Qualifications* · Prior experience in the property & casualty industry supporting at least one of the business areas inherent to an insurance company. · Prior experience with data warehouse or Operational Data Store (ODS) projects is preferred · Experience with the software development lifecycle · Project management skills to manage multiple requirements and meet deliverables Strong time management skills to deliver timely requirements and work collaboratively with the development and QA resources · Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) · Bachelor Degree (preferably in MIS, IT, or Business) or comparable experience · The ideal candidate will have prior experience analyzing and mapping policy and premium STAT related data. · The candidate will need to be skilled in interacting with multiple levels of management/leadership as well as working within a collaborative team to meet deliverables *Responsibilities* · Analyze and document current “as is” business and technology processes · Understand current “out of the box” functionality in the vendor application and compare to requirements, noting any gaps that may exist · Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions to capture changes necessary in the Data Hub application to meet business needs · Work with technical leads and subject matter experts of the various upstream and downstream systems responsible for receiving and/or sending data in support of processes and other impacted processes · Work collaboratively with architecture during the high level design phase · Deliver completed requirements documents to development and QA resources and support the development and testing efforts through the life cycle of each · Define acceptance criteria as part of requirements · Review test strategy and test scenarios for QA resources and provide testing support for applicable requirements · Participate in the project meetings for estimation, planning, demos, and team retrospectives · Adhere to project procedures (template usage, requirements change management, defect management, time reporting) as defined by the BA manager and/or program management team · Participate in and support end user training, as required for eventual product implementation -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
