Job Description: Core Skills (Must Have): • At least 6 years of hands-on QA Experience in Manual & Automation Testing. • Must be able to generate good Test Scenarios. Must possess out-of-the-box thinking. • Must be well versed with QA Methodologies & QA Processes. • At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Selenium + Java (or Python, C#) • Must be proficient in any one object oriented programming language and must possess good object oriented programming concepts. • Must possess knowledge on continuous integration using Jenkins or other similar tools. • Must be able to write, maintain and troubleshoot new / existing automation scripts independently. • Must be able perform GUI or back-end automation like REST APIs, Database etc. • Must be able to work independently. • Must possess a "can do" attitude. Preferred Skills (Good-to-have): • Knowledge of framework development using Java (or equivalent OOP language). • Knowledge on Automating SaaS applications. • Candidates with Contact Center technology - domain knowledge including Omni Channel.
