Kindly find the below Job Description and share me your Profile *Role: Sr. Automation Manager/Lead - Onsite*Location: *Houston, TX* *Job Description:* The candidate for the above-captioned position should exhibit the following requirements: *Onsite Manager/Lead* - Senior automation analyst with Tricentis TOSCA and Agile experience. - 9-10 years automation experience (UFT/QTP, TOSCA) and Test management experience - Extensive experience in test management - test planning, test execution, test coverage review - ensure 100% coverage, defects tracking, publish daily test results report etc. - Performing Automation feasibility analysis, developing & implementing Test Automation Strategy - Experience in Development of Automation Framework & script maintenance - Experience in ALM/QC or any test management tool - Extensive experience in desktop applications testing for Windows based applications - Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point Analytical skills - Provide automated reporting of tests and test results from regular builds that allow for quantitative tracking of project quality and completeness. - Interface with developers, analysts, and end users. - Good experience in onshore/offshore model - Excellent communication and people management skills - Experience with all types of testing - functionality, regression, integration, installation, Compatibility, exploratory and ad hoc testing.
