This is my direct-client opening for an *SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Techno-functional Consultant - San Diego, CA*. This is a 3+ month's contract position and the hourly rate is DOE. Must be local or be able to relocate to the client place. *Requirements *** Consultant will ideally have expertise in the configuration of: SAP HR ESS, MSS, Benefits, Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), Learning Solution Online (LSO) / Training & Events, Compensation, Performance Management and e-recruit. In addition, this consultant should have ABAP development skills: BDC, LSMW, Smart Forms, User Exits, BAPI, BADI, ADOBE Interactive forms, ABAP Queries (Custom Reports), SAP Queries, Dialog Programming, Workflow, infotype enhancement. Also, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of HR security. Must have 3+ years of experience working with Human Resources, and having a working knowledge of a broad range of HR business functions and processes is required. Excellent communication skills are also required.
