Client is looking for *Sitescope / BAC Installation Engineer - New York, NY*. This is a *4 months contract *position. The hourly rate is *DOE*. *Local candidates highly preferred.* * * *Project Description*: * * Summary * Responsible for implementing and supporting an end to end monitoring solution that is comprised of both business application and server monitoring. * Essential Duties and Responsibilities* 1. The support responsibilities include: on-call support, troubleshooting, incident notification and resolution, problem management/analysis, and root cause identification. 2. Interacts with and coordinates the monitoring activities of cross-functional teams, including business, development, system administration, database administration, network engineering and production support staff. 3. Helps to develop and document standard procedures and best practices in our technical repository. 4. Candidate must be a team player but also have the ability to self-manage time and multiple activities. 5.
