Client is looking for a* QA Engineer – Cupertino, CA*. This is a* 6 *months
Contract position*. *The Hourly rate is* $40/hr. Local Candidates Only.*
*Job Description:*
The candidate must have:
- Creative thinking and good problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Detail oriented and organized
- Works well independently
- Proven bug detection and regression skills.
- Strong hands on experience with QA methodologies.
- Thorough knowledge of Mac OS X and shipping Apple products.
- Familiarity with Apple human interface guidelines.
- Some shrink wrap application testing experience.
- Experience in scripting/developing tools a big plus
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
*A qualified candidate will:
*- Learn the QA process and test Mac OS X Applications.
- Screen incoming bugs.
- Help reproduce and verify bugs that get reported.
