Knowledgeable on ITIL. Certification on ITIL would be an added
advantage
Should have experience in Outage and Incident Management*
Knowledge on batch jobs. Control M exposure is an added advantage
* Responsibility includes*
Customer Facing and act as SPOC for the daily ongoing incidents being
onsite for the PWM US RTB engagement
Monitoring the incident management system for overall progress,
resolution of issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
Escalate to various service levels and stakeholders as need be to get
the resolution of incidents on a timely manner
* Ensuring that the Level 2 support SLAs are adhered to,.*
Reporting progress of the Outages and incidents at regular intervals to
both HCL and the client’s Senior Management
* Reviewing and reporting SLA performance and recommend corrective action
on a regular basis for governance*
Participating in outage/incident management calls
