Minimum of five (5) years experience assessing and documenting existing business processes and identifying unnecessary steps. 4. Minimum of five (5) years experience incorporating value-added steps into a new process through the translation of business practices into terminology and desk products that seamlessly merge computer and microcomputer technology with work processes. 5. . Minimum of five (5) years experience assessing and documenting existing business processes and identifying where improvements can be made or where new processes can be installed. 6. Minimum of five (5) years experience researching "best practices" of comparable organizations and analyzing the feasibility of installing them where needed. 7. Bachelor’s degree and four years experience performing Business Analysis or an Associate’s degree and six years experience performing Business Analysis. Desirable Experience: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Three or more years experience with PeopleSoft and VB.Net solutions. 3. Five or more years experience in business process re-engineering to interface multiple software applications maintained by different agencies. 4. Three or more years working directly with users in a government or human services arena to develop requirements, identify and analyze application problems and develop workable solutions. 5. Five or more years experience gathering business requirements from users, documenting requirements, re-engineering business processes, and writing user acceptance test plans and procedures/user manuals in functional terms that can easily be understood by end users of systems.
