Sr. Lead Core Java Developer with experience in (Java 5 and 6) to analyze critical business needs and requirements. Develop software to meet those requirements according to Client specifications and established coding standards. Analyze current systems to determine the scope of work and estimates for design and development tasks. Coordinate development efforts. Conduct code reviews. Analyze and test application for accuracy and optimal performance. Perform integrated testing of systems for accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance.
