We ideally need someone to start NO LATER THAN 6/20 so they need to get
hired in the next day or two.  Phone hire is fine for out of state

candidates and they can work 4 - 10hr days.    This is to backfill an FTE

that left on 6/20.  If this person wants to go FT, that is an option as
well.

 1.  Seeking a Seasoned PeopleSoft HRIS Functional Analyst with a minimum of

7 years of PeopleSoft experience.  Must have experience with PeopleSoft 8.9.

Experience with PeopleSoft Version 9.1 is highly desired.  We are presently
upgrading from 8.9 to 9.1 and the go live date is July 4.



Emphasis needs to be on Ben Admin - all modules are important but they need
to be very strong in this module

 Knowledge of Benadmin and North American Payroll, including eBenefits and
ePay, as well as advanced query knowledge and basic tools knowledge, is
required.  Knowledge of global payroll, crystal reporting and interface
design standards is highly desirable.


 2.  Strong Relationship Management skills are required:  As a Sr. HRIS
Analyst you will partner with the business to anticipate customer needs,
monitor trends in order to recommend functionality enhancements, and provide
technical advice to resolve business issues or improve business processes.

You will work directly with our application service provider to provide
functional requirements and see the solution through to success.

 3.  Client relationships include Learning and Development, Compensation,
Benefits and Staffing

 Description :

The HRIS team is looking for an experienced HR systems project
manager/business analyst. We seek dynamic, results-oriented individuals with
proven problem solving and analytic skills. The person in this role will be
accountable for driving the successful delivery of systems and process
solutions in the Human Resource function.  Given the firm's current use of
PeopleSoft, this individual will also be responsible for the enhancements
and support of our PeopleSoft HCM

9.1 environment.

 Responsibilities:

 The candidate will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to both
PeopleSoft HCM and internal systems projects. As a Sr HRIS Analyst, through
collaboration with the global HR team, you will anticipate customer needs,
monitor trends in order to recommend functionality enhancements, and provide
technical advice to resolve business issues, improve business processes and
enhance customer service. The successful applicant will be responsible for
project planning and administration, determining and documenting business
requirements, creating systems specifications, developing and executing test
plans and scripts and streamlining and improving current processes.

  Key focus areas include:

PeopleSoft HCM, North American Payroll, PeopleSoft custom applications,
reporting solutions, functional analysis for upgrades and Recruiting
Solutions.  Clients you will be supporting include Benefits, Payroll, and
internal departments including Marketing and Finance.  Knowledge of Benadmin
and North American Payroll, including eBenefits and ePay, as well as
advanced query knowledge and basic tools knowledge, is required.  Knowledge
of global payroll, crystal reporting and interface design standards is
highly desirable.



Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.

Successful candidate must have experience in project leadership, system
design, business process design and documentation, specification
preparation, and application testing. 5 to 7 years of PeopleSoft application
experience is required. Strong relationship management skills and analytical
skills are required. Technical experience must include basic tools knowledge
to facilitate working with application developers, and advanced query and
excel skills.

Education / Experience

This position requires a Bachelor's degree and requires a minimum of 7 years
of HRIS or Human Resource Systems experience.



Contacts

This position interacts with the following internal customers.


1.Internal Customers

    All level of HR and Finance staff including senior level positions where
he/she is expected to present concepts and ideas and engage in conceptual
problem solving

   This position also supports other users of the PeopleSoft application
including Marketing (MIG), the Enterprise Systems Group, Compliance and
Partner Services.  The incumbent is expected to develop and discuss HR
Technology ideas and concepts and employ change management techniques across
all disciplines within the HR field.



  2.External Customers

This position will interface with system vendors and consultants to complete
needs analysis, fit analysis and system selection analysis.



 Decision Making and Judgment

                                                      The incumbent in this
position works with all levels of the organization to develop system
integrated business processes.  Independent judgment is used during all
phases of system development, including conception, design development and
implementation, communication and training.
