Successful candidate must have experience in project leadership, system design, business process design and documentation, specification preparation, and application testing. 5 to 7 years of PeopleSoft application experience is required. Strong relationship management skills and analytical skills are required. Technical experience must include basic tools knowledge to facilitate working with application developers, and advanced query and excel skills. The incumbent is expected to develop and discuss HR Technology ideas and concepts and employ change management techniques across all disciplines within the HR field. 2.External Customers This position will interface with system vendors and consultants to complete needs analysis, fit analysis and system selection analysis. Decision Making and Judgment The incumbent in this position works with all levels of the organization to develop system integrated business processes. Independent judgment is used during all phases of system development, including conception, design development and implementation, communication and training.
