*Job Description**:*

*Client is designing an employee performance management process and plans to
use PeopleSoft ePerformance and eCompensation (integrated with their
existing HCM and ELM systems) to facilitate the performance management
process. The client is seeking someone who can provide guidance on the
capabilities of the delivered ePerformance and eCompensation functionality
and configuration. This guidance should lead the client to a process that
requires no modifications to the delivered functionality. This project is a
plan/analyze project ? design/build/test/deploy will be in a subsequent
project. This role is highly client facing and will frame the later
implementation project.
SKILLS:
Full lifecycle and operations experience with PeopleSoft ePerformance and
eCompensation preferred, Hands-on experience with functionality and
configuration required. Version 9.1 experience preferred, but open to
earlier versions.
US citizen or permanent residency required.*
