NEED GC CITIZENS OR EAD. Two positions… the top one has 2 openings… #1: One is an Oracle Application Developer (The application is CC&B) #2: The other is a Database developer (They need both Oracle and SQL Server) Present all type… but strong communication… they may hire off the phone, rates are “market” and length on all of them is 6 months to start! Rates are market, meaning open, but competitive… push them down hard and let’s see what we can do. Finding one of these is going to be VERY tough… I’m pretty open! I need you to hold the H1 as well… (if you are submitting an H1, they have to be on your payroll.) CC&B is part of the Oracle Application Utilities… Position #1: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (2 openings) Proficient in CC&B (Oracles utilities Customer Care & Billing), Java, Cobol, and SQL Scripting, Oracle CC&B experience - 5 years’ experience, Knowledge and experience in Oracle Sql, Writing Shell Scripts, Red Gate comparison tool, Java (J2EE), Web Services, XML, DBA - light database administration, and Software Development Lifecycle Extensive experience in coding (Java, Cobol, SQL Scripting and CC&B Configuration Tools). Extensive experience in Technical Design (Familiarity with the different approaches and plug-in points). Extensive experience in Technical application including comprehensive knowledge of the delivery process (Configuration and code migration, code drops, Fix migration lifecycle). Experience in External Design and Requirements gathering to assist with the verification of new requirements from existing and new modules. Knowledge in testing phases and test scripting. RMB (Revenue Management & Billing) Experience (3-5 years) RMB Application Configuration Experience (3-5 years) Recent CC&B Experience (past 3-5 years) - on JAVA J2EE and Oracle utilities SDK Experience in writing UI's, Custom Zones, algorithms, batch jobs - coding and testing Position #2: This is an actual Oracle and SQL Server Developer (Data base) The "Oracle and SQL Developer" will work on a project in the Asset Management Group. Should have experience and understanding of Asset Management and BPM and be able to work as part of a business technology team to understand business requirements and drive the research and analysis needed to design quality technical solutions. This individual will be involved in pieces of or the full systems life cycle (based on experience/skills) and may be responsible for providing direction to a team, designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Bachelor's Degree in a technology related discipline. Requires technical and business knowledge in asset management disciplines and processes. 5+ years of work experience in asset management. BPM development experience is required Prior development experience with Oracle, SQL, SSRS & Crystal Reports Required Experience required in the following areas: Project Management, Enterprise Implementation, Leadership experience, strategic planning, business acumen, applications development, change management. Analyzes procedures, problems and information requirements to refine data for conversion purposes. Analyzes system requirements, including identifying program interactions and appropriate interfaces between affected components and sub systems. Analyzes user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Adheres to established information technology standards and procedures. May lead assigned projects, including assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and monitoring performance of others. May recommend new technologies and methodologies to management for meeting business needs, resolving problems and exploiting opportunities. Obtains and evaluates information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration. Participates in software system testing and validation procedures, programming and documentation. Provides technical advice and assists in solving programming problems. Writes and/or reviews system specifications, including output requirements and flow charts. Assists in preparing project plans using project management tools. Reviews test results, documents test activities, and records remedial actions. Ensures proper analysis of problems and programming approaches to prevent rework and schedule slippage. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities in: Project management and assessment of technical skills and estimates needed to design, build, test & deploy code. Enterprise implementation including identification of components that should be aligned with enterprise (high probability of re-use, versus LOB specific). Leadership experience including mentoring other application developers, acting as role model on how to structure well-formed code. Strategic planning including identifying how emerging technology could be used to drive revenue, reduce costs or improve productivity.
