We have another consultant need for SAP OM/PA - specifically looking for experience with SAP Global Employment experience. *Position:*SAP OM/PA Functional Consultant – SAP Global Employment Project *Duration: *6 months plus *Location:* Houston,TX The SAP OM/PA Developer will work with Project Team, Customer Solutions Leads and business clients to support and implement global processes primarily using standard SAP solutions as well as other systems interfaced with SAP to support the business process. *Solution Support and Development* • Work with Project Team and Customer Solutions lead and business personnel to understand various human resource related business processes, such as Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Evaluation/CATS, Compensation and interfaces, and provide the technology to support these processes • Based on requirements submitted by the business, develop detailed functional and technical specifications for changes to the SAP ECC system • Primary responsibility for the implementation and documentation of SAP Global Employment. • Perform configuration for the HR SAP modules Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Talent and Performance Management, Training and Event Management, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Global Employee Management, Compensation, Benefits and interfaces with third party vendors. • Candidate must have the ability to evaluate and analyze highly complex configuration scenarios and understand how they impact process changes across other HR and SAP modules. • Coordinate long chain testing where appropriate of changes (configuration, custom development, etc) in development and staging environments *Required Skills* • Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Human Resources/Payroll • Experience with SAP ECC 5.0 or SAP ECC 6.0 • Experience in implementing SAP Global Employment • Experience supporting international Countries such as UK, France, Germany, etc. • Ability to relate technical ideas and functionality to non-technical users • 5+ years SAP experience • Experience in configuration (Custom objects, country specific infotypes, Enterprise structure, etc.), coding (user exits, BAPI’s) , testing, debugging, documenting, and implementing enhancements and break fix solutions to SAP HCM in support of production activities • Experience in the application and testing of SAP notes and support packs. • Knowledge of integration between HR, Time Management and Payroll *Additional Requirements* • Successful implementation of SAP Global Employment • Early or late hours sometimes required for meetings with European and Asian personnel * * *Thanks and Regards*** *Sandeep*** *Talent Acquisition Team *** *Glomark International LLC *** *EMAIL: sand...@glomark-llc.com*** *Direct: 908-838-4407 Fax: 908-688-8831 *** * * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP XApps Training/Jobs in Chennai/Bangalore -(0)9444359629" group.
