Experience MUST be Senior in MVC and specific experience with Microsoft’s MVC 3.0. -Also will need strong JavaScript. -Most of this work will be focused on Views, but there will be additional tasks with Models/Controllers. -Must know Microsoft solutions to bind Controllers to Views/Models. -It is important they have RECENT experience with ASP.Net 1.1/2.x/3.x/4.x and C# with focus on Microsoft MVC frameworks.
