Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (w/ VMS Tool Experience) Location: Jersey City, NJ Duration: 6+ Months* ** *Minimum Experience* - Current experience working with and implementing Vendor Management System (VMS) tools - Experience with Sourcing programs. - Experience must span multiple implementations and/or upgrade projects. - System background experience should include familiarity with reporting, workflow, configuration, modifications, etc. - Change management experience. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to develop communication documentation. *Minimum Knowledge and Skills* - Excellent command of business knowledge and has the ability to solicit input from internal and external sources. - Experience in development of project documentation, testing materials and execution, training materials, requirements gathering including downstream and upstream interface requirements and adhering to a project management methodology is a must. - Possess strong written and oral communication skills. Have experience and comfort level presenting application designs, to be processes and demoing system to business units. - Must be detail oriented and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve system design issues. Ability to multitask as required. - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Visio, and Access - Reporting and metrics experience preferred. - Work effectively in a team environment.
