*VERY URGENT AND IMMEDIATE NEED.* *Job Title: SAS Clinical with SDTM Data Exp* *Duration: 6+ Months * *Location: Wayne, PA* ***** Must be GC or US Citizens******* *Role Description:* - Responsible for oversight of one or more projects by creating project plans, monitoring project timelines, reporting on project status, identifying project resource needs and understanding contractual agreements to assure successful completion of project objectives. - Serve as the key point of contact for clients on the assigned projects. - Lead and participate in global teams to achieve department goals by: communicating information and status; collaborating on problem resolution; demonstrating leadership, commitment and dependability. Represent client in multidisciplinary settings, assuring complete communication through participation, presenting and networking within the corporation and throughout the industry. - Provide expertise to department staff in areas such as source data evaluation, authoring data conversion specifications, data conversion and pooling and publishing activities assuring adherence to regulatory standards. - Monitor project timelines, report on project status, identify project resource needs and understand contractual agreements to assure successful completion of project objectives. *Responsibilities:* - Propose project strategies based on outcome of source data review, contract specifications and project timelines. - Create data conversion plan and maintain project binders. - Function as SDTM expert. - Mentor and train employees - Function as data conversion expert: Train and mentor employees in the use of the ETL tool, troubleshoot the ETL tool, and identify strategy for data conversion for a given project. - In depth knowledge of SAS programming or programming concepts. - Provide post ETL and pooling strategies for a given project. - Create and maintain process and project specific documentation. - Assist in the organization and presentations at client meetings or internal meetings. - Identify potential process improvements that may increase productivity or quality of the data conversion. - Complete project status reports. - Function as a department representative to the client, e.g. participate in client meetings, assure issues are communicated to client and resolutions are obtained in a timely manner. - Mastery of all aspect of the conversion process *Qualifications:* - Four-year degree (Life Science, Computer science, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering) - Minimum 5 years experience data management and/or clinical / statistical / SAS programming experience in a Pharmaceutical / Medical Device setting - Minimum of 1 year experience of use of a programming language (e.g. SAS, SQL, Java, etc.) to achieve business objectives in a corporate or academic setting. - Minimum of 3 years of project management experience - Master’s Degree (Life Science, Computer science, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering) NOTE - undergraduate degree does NOT have to be in Life Science, Computer science, Mathematics, Statistics or *Engineering, can be in any disipline. * - Experience working with the CDISC SDTM standard - Knowledge of database specifications and/or data analysis of clinical datasets - SQL Programming experience - Supervisory experience - Ability to work independently and lead tems in a cross-cultural, geographically dispersed environment. - Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving ability, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize tasks, to work simultaneously on multiple projects, and to complete high-quality documents according to tight *Timelines. * - Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills - Demonstrated experience mentoring and managing the project work of others. - Acute attention to detail *Regards, Raj | TECHNICAL RECRUITERSeven Hills Software Technologies Inc..,Carnegie Office Park, Building Six800 N.
