Design, code WebSphere automation scripts and shell scripts. Compile new or update existing system documentation, support manuals, and SOP documents. (Standard Operation Process) Train off shore resources to provide 1st and 2nd level support Participate IT project meetings. Deliver problem resolutions for WebSphere middleware technical challenges for large and complex systems. Deliver weekly status report. Perform other technical tasks that Lowe's IT management assigns.
