*WebServer/Middleware AdminBUFFALO GROVE, IL 60089 Rhode Island, Phoenix or Chicago. , we simply need a webserver admin who has at least SOME exposure to Oracle HHTP * *WebServer. Duration 9 months+ contract* *Must-haves* -Minimum 8 Years of extensive experience in the IT industry -Around 5 years’ experience in Installation, Configuration and Administration of Web Servers, Oracle HTTP Server and iPlanet -Strong knowledge UNIX scripting, Perl Scripting and automation. -Experience in 24x7 on-call production support and troubleshooting Production problems. -Experience configuration and Performance tuning and Throttling. -Experience in configuration of Plug-in for various application servers like WebLogic etc. -Experience in Investigating and resolving performance issues. -Experience with configuring SSL and SSO. -Monitoring with Site Scope, Wily Introscope - or other monitoring tools. -Knowledge with Tivoli and Control M - conceptual understanding -Strong knowledge in UNIX and windows especially with IBM AIX. -Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate information in a timely and accurate manner. *Role:* Main responsibility is to build and support middleware Server environments (specifically Oracle HTTP Server). Includes analysis, design, install, configure and support fo multiple environments. It encompasses the solutions architecture, high availability implementation, configuration, tuning, development and operational support.
