Position 1 :Oracle Streams Developer
5-10 years development experience with Oracle , SQL, PLSQL as well as Oracle
Streams.
Experience in database design and performance tuning a plus.
5+ year of professional experience Oracle and PL/SQL, preferably on UNIX
Excellent communication and writing skills. • Must be a team player.
At least 5 years Experience with all phases of the software development
lifecycle processes
Position 2 : Oracle DBA / Streams Administrator
-Builds enterprise architectural and/or infrastructure components
-Ensures that applications meet the architectural standards
-Monitor and Admin Oracle Streams and Oracle Messaging Gateway
-Monitor the Capture, Apply, Queue, Propagation process
-Monitor oracle trace and log files
-Set up security for queues
-Monitor Gateway logs and gateway queues.
-Set up users and roles on streams and gateway.
-Move any streams changes to QA and Prod
-The qualified candidate will be working closely with the Applications
Development staff as well as various Business units to ensure that the
logical and physical designs are optimized to best meet business
requirements as adhering to client standards and industry best practices.
-This person will also be involved with some post-implementation production
DBA activities (performance tuning, etc).
-Qualified consultant must have excellent experience with Oracle 9i/ 10G and
some professional experience with MS SQL Server.
-Must have excellent oral and written interpersonal skills and have a proven
track record of presenting and defending data models to both technical and
business peers.
