Experiences:
* 8+ Years:
Hands-on project experience in delivering full solution development life
cycle (SDLC) on business intelligence (BI)/ business performance (BP) and
data warehousing (DW) projects playing multiple roles such as:
* Designer,
* Data & Technical Architect,
* Modeler,
* Project Manager,
* Business/Systems/Data Analyst.
* Must have a broad understanding of key project roles, standard
skill-levels involved in BI/BP and DW delivery
* Must have translated business requirements to data strategy, systems
and solutions, both on the front-end (dashboards, reporting, analytics) and
the back-end (databases)
* Must have led the architectural design of logical and physical data
models, ensuring attributes such as normalization, scalability,
availability, and maintainability.
* Must have designed, developed and maintained enterprise level data
systems such as ORACLE, SQL Server, Teradata or others.
* Must have given direction and leadership to team of database and/or
software developers to meet technical requirements.
*Certifications/Training:*
· Certified DBA, SQL Server Preferred.
*Education:*
· Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Computer Science, or
Software Engineering required.
*Description:*
* Provides leadership and guidance to core project team on project data
strategy and ensures enterprise level alignment.
* Outlines data related risks and dependencies as they impact the
project mission end to end including upstream and downstream, and proposes
innovative solutions accordingly.
* Manages internal and external resources as necessary to deliver
performance management processes and tools within the program finance
function.
