Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing technology teams from definition phase through implementation. *Key Responsibilities:* • Use deep understanding of OO design principles to create custom software solutions or modify package solutions • Gather Client requirements and document them • Translate the client's business requirements into systems design • Establish high, mid and micro level plans and set technical direction for a team of up to 5 to 6 people • Lead the estimation effort for projects and work to identify and manage risk Interacts directly with end users, but on occasion will receive direction from IT management as to the business system requirements of the user. Converts These requirements into technical design *Job Requirements:* • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required • *Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration and Architecture experience; *• Strong leadership, Excellent problem solving and communication skills. * Experience with both ORACLE on the back-end. • Understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively be able to manage a sub-team through the complexities of the business solution. • Must have 5+ years experience with Microsoft .Net (C#,Oracel,ASP.NET<http://asp.net/> ,WCF) Please send me updated resume with rate confirmation, contact details, Availability.
