Hi All, Please find the requirement below…….. *Rate: 45/Hr* *Location: Detroit* *Duration: Long term* *Note: **No Fresher please**,** there is In person Interview followed by phone interview.* *I am looking for two senior QA analysts for a long-term project**. * * * *We will need to act quickly so please let me know if you have someone you think would fit the description below. * *Position Summary* * * We are in need of a Software Quality Analyst responsible for test planning, functional, integration, and system testing of an application. Testing will also consist of technologies that will make use of service oriented architectures that rely heavily on STAR and ADF file layouts. Candidates must have a solid background in backend testing with at least 10 years of experience. It is highly desirable if the candidate is a self-starter, possesses strong analytical skills, and is accustomed to working in a team oriented environment. * * * * *Software Quality Assurance** Analyst*** *Team* * * The Software Quality Assurance department is a diverse, close-knit team of respectful professionals whose aim is to help developers ensure that no defects reach our customers. The team is composed of SQA Analysts who are supported by Lead SQA Analysts, the Manager of SQA, and the Director of Quality Management. *Responsibilities* * * Software Quality Assurance Analysts are responsible for all aspects of software testing on assigned projects. They create test plans; determine testability of requirements and conformance to documented specifications; create test condition matrices and detailed, positive and negative test cases with 100% requirements coverage; execute test cases, capturing results and anomalies; track anomalies through to resolution, conducting review meetings as needed; facilitate user acceptance testing; create testing results documentation containing key metrics; participate in project status meetings, reporting task progress and effort hours expended; and perform other duties as requested by management.
