We are seeking an experienced HR systems professional with a strong aptitude
for project management. As part of the Global HR Information Management
team, this position will serve as Project Manager for several of our HRIM
initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Serve as Project Manager for HR Information Management initiatives, which
will include system implementations, conversions, process redesign, etc.
Develop and manage issue and risk mitigation plans.
Create project plans outlining the activities, dependencies, critical path,
and resource assignments in support of the project deliverables.
Manage project budget and benefits realization plan.
Manage a cross functional team responsible for delivery of results. Team
will be responsible for all aspects of the project including but not limited
to process definition/redesign, defining requirements, development, testing,
training, change management, documentation, implementation, etc.
Provide management updates on project status, including scope, budget,
timeline and benefits realization.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
5 to 7 years project management experience with an emphasis on managing
multiple concurrent initiatives.
Global HR information management experience preferred.
PeopleSoft HRMS experience, 8.9 preferred
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Integrity in dealing with confidential information
Proficiency in MS Project, Visio and Access
