1. Title: PeopleSoft HR Developer
Location: OH
The selected candidate will perform the following duties: - Perform analysis
and design to support Peoplesoft HR implementation projects - Construct and
test the deliverables defined within the Requirements Definition Stage -
Leverage skill sets to develop an infrastructure providing scalable
solutions - Provide alternative solutions, when customizations are requested
- Accurately estimate elicitation/design/construction of PS service requests
- Analyze and determine root causes of problems associated with PS
systems/programs - Work with customers in confirmation of requirements for
new project development or system program enhancements - Develop online
customizations using PeopleTools - Application Designer - Develop
SQR/Application Engine batch programs for interface/conversion/reporting -
Develop custom SQL statements to run against database tables for analysis -
Create technical specification documents by using functional requirements
documents - Work with the business users to develop data mapping document
for interface/ conversion development - Perform requirements review and
documentation - Provide system design review and documentation - Provide
general PS HR system support
Required Skills and Experience: - Extensive experience with PeopleSoft V8.0
and above - Experience with PeopleSoft Tools 8.2x and 8.4x - Experience with
workflow - Experience mapping departmental activities and carrying out
business process re-engineering based on analysis - Solid documentation
skills using Microsoft products especially Visio drawing tool - Minimum 3
years of development experience with Oracle's PeopleSoft 8.9 applications -
Strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft development tools: Application
Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, nVision, Crystal Reports,
Integration Broker, Application Messaging, Component Interfaces, and File
Layout - Experience with functional modules within Oracle's PeopleSoft
Enterprise applications - Must have experience working with DB2/Oracle/SQL
Server or other relational databases - Solid written and verbal
communication skills with the ability to translate user/ functional needs to
specific technical requirements - Ability to work with minimal supervision -
Ability to follow directions and assist others in system work when needed -
Ability to attend meetings and participate in discussions - Ability to work
in a busy, open office atmosphere - Solid technical skills in developing
online/batch/reporting customizations - Strong troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills - Knowledgeable of system changes and how to apply
them
Preferred Skills and Experience: - Strong knowledge of CMMi process
deliverables and testing methodology - Ability to develop and evaluate
alternative solutions when customizations are requested
Title: COBOL Developer
Location: Dublin, OH, USA
Duration: 3 months
Title: Lotus Notes Developer
Location: Cleveland, Ohio.
The selected candidate will perform the following duties: - Work with Oracle
PL/SQL resources to restore or rewrite Lotus Notes update processes from
Oracle to Lotus Notes databases
Required Skills and Experience: - Six years of experience in programming and
systems analysis - Expertise with Lotus Notes - Excellent oral and written
communication skills
Preferred Skills and Experience: - Project management experience
