*Greetings,* *Hope you are doing Well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* *Please forward a profiles to [EMAIL PROTECTED]<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> *Here are the reaquirement details* Position Description: · Systems Engineering Practitioner to support IBM's MQ Series product on global Linux/Unix/Win (LUW) servers. · Engineer standard product installations and configurations; develop standard installation packages for Linux/Unix/Win servers; rotate 24x7/on-call operational support; troubleshoot product issues; interface with customer applications and various infrastructure COEs. · Coordinate installs and configurations on several hundred global Linux/Unix/Windows servers; keep operational and planning documentation up to date; manage related projects. Experience Required: · 3+ years: Strong experience supporting the IBM MQ Series product on Linux/Unix/Windows (LUW) servers. 3+ years: Strong experience in installing, configuring, and packaging IBM MQ Series on Linux/Unix/Win servers. · 3+ years: Basic system administration skills for Linux, Unix, and Windows (LUW). · 3+ years: Experience carrying a pager and supporting 24x7 mission-critical applications. · 3+ years: Strong troubleshooting and problem-determination skills. · Ability to dive into a problem and find a solution while under pressure. · When appropriate, engage vendors and service providers to resolve problems. · 3+ years: Self-starter. Highly motivated to succeed. High attention to detail. · Very thorough in daily tasks with minimal supervision. · 3+ years: Demonstrated project management skills. Ability to keep a project moving despite obstacles, bureaucracy, and organizational boundaries. Multitask-oriented. Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. · 3+ years: Eagerness to learn and support new technologies. 3+ years: Solid interpersonal skills. Excellent team player; works well with internal team as well as other organizations. 3+ years: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Keep operational and planning documentation up to date. Experience Preferred: 2+ years: Prior experience at Ford Motor Company in Ford ITI or Ford ADS; familiar with Ford policies and work environment; familiar with Ford MQ Series environment. 2+ years: Rudimentary MQ Series application development in Java, C, or COBOL, preferably in an IBM WebSphere environment 2+ years: Experience with MQ Series on z/OS (MVS). Leading small projects related to MQ Series. Will carry a pager on a rotating basis (currently 1 weeks out of every 3) to support 24x7 mission-critical operations.
