DURATION: The duration of this role is planned for 1 year + ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Identify project goals and define related objectives - Gather and synthesize functional and non-functional business requirements ensuring alignment to business strategy - Execute gap analyses between business requirements and best practices - Develop business cases, process and business test strategy, case, and execution - Identify opportunities for business transformation/change management - Provide project management support including charter/tender development and schedule development - Understand and follow VWGoA's standard development methodology "SEP" The best candidate for the role will have an enterprise IT strategy background and extensive requirements gathering and documentation experience. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills.
