Primary Responsibilities: § Analyze the systems requirements, and the provided business requirements, to develop a systems solution. § Develop technical specifications. § Build new and/or modifies existing software to meet business and systems requirements through software component designing, coding, testing, and quality review. § Implement software solutions and resolves problems. § Provide system software development for banking applications and components. § Demonstrated development knowledge and experience using Service Oriented Architecture principles and related technologies including SCA programming model. § Demonstrated experience with composite application development utilizing WebSphere Integration Developer (WID), WebSphere Process Server (WPS), WebSphere Business Integration Workbench, WebSphere MQ Workflow. § Demonstrated experience with composite application integration with EJB, SCA, JMS and Web Services over an Enterprise Services Bus (ESB), such as WebSphere Message Broker. § 2 years minimum experience with WebSphere Integration Developer (WID), WebSphere Process Server 6.0.2 (WPS) is required. § Must have done at least one full cycle implementation of WPS based project from development to production. § Experience in installation and configuration of WPS is a definite plus. § Strong experience with Java/WebSphere product portfolio. § Strong knowledge of banking industry is highly desirable. § Strong XML/XSLT development experience. § Must have good communication skills and the ability to direct efforts of remote workforce. § Proven technical leadership. § Familiarity with distributed enterprise application design and development. § Ability to present and articulate ideas and information in group settings. § The ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external clients. § Knowledge of HP Service Desk and Service Management principles. § Ability to create detailed installation and support documentation.
