JD Edwards Consultant Atlanta, GA 6 Months Immediate placement.. Start date Monday' He/She will need to begin on Monday or Tuesday of next week. They must meet our background check/education and reference check requirements. Additionally, I will need to screen the candidates personally since the F&A organization has a different recruiting process than our IT Division. PROJECT DETAILS: Client is hiring a JD Edwards functional lead to participate on an implementation team implementing JD Edwards financials. Specific experience implementing the Fixed Assets module of JD Edwards, reconciling the fixed assets after the up load from their legacy system (Lawson) and then working with the Costing module. The project will primarily be based in Atlanta but will require occasional travel to the east coast. Initial project length should be at least 3 months with a high likelihood of extending into 2009. Requirements 1. Experience implementing JD Edwards Fixed Assets-functional; configuration experience and accounting knowledge of fixed assets 2. Participated in at least 2 full life cycle implementations of JD Edwards specifically with the fixed assets module 3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 4. Team oriented with a strong desire to work collaboratively to get the job done 5. General accounting experience or significant functional implementation experience 6. Minimum of 7 or more years of professional experience 7. Bachelor's degree required 9. Must be able to pass a background check and provide recent references 10.
