*Location:* New Jersey. *Duration:* 9+ Months * * *Role:* · Understand the reporting requirements and drive the tool selection process: BI / Reporting Tools and platform; Evaluate using Data Warehouse generation tools (e.g. Kalido / BI Ready) · Design the data marts and ETL processes · Manage consulting resources as required to meet business objectives · Migrate the existing management and financial reports from legacy transactional systems · Liaise with business/analysts to understand additional reporting requirements, identify data sources (or gaps) and deliver the desired functionality. *Required Skills:* · 8-10 Years experience with a focus on Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence solution implementation · Good knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and concepts (i.e. Kimball, Inman) · Proven knowledge in aspects of leading Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence technologies (i.e. Cognos, Business Objects, Micro Strategy) · Knowledge of data warehouse modeling and generation technologies and their associated pros and cons (e.g. Kalido, BI Ready) · Understanding of (re)insurance systems and business domain extremely beneficial.
