*Required Qualifications:*
- *BA/BS in related field, 6 years of progressive experience may be
substituted for degree. *
- *Excellent understanding of industry standard testing methodologies,
processes, and procedures *
- *Experience in system testing of multi tier applications with
Mainframe. *
- *Experience in Web/Internet testing, mainframe, and database testing a
must. *
- *Experience in writing SQL scripts to automate testing tasks. *
- *Experience with automated testing tools (WinRunner, QTP). *
- *Metrics gathering, analysis, and reporting.WinRu *
- *Excellent written and verbal communication skills. *
- *Highly motivated team player who performs well in a team-oriented
environment. *
- *Good communication/interpersonal skills and candidate must be customer
service oriented. *
- *Three (3) or more years of specific experience in the following: *
- *TestDirector, WinRunner, QuickTestPro, SQL, Excel, Word, and Visio.
*
- *Knowledge of Test Methodology, Writing Test Plans, Validation Plan,
Test Summary Report and other related testing Artifact.*

*Desired Qualifications:*
- *VBScript, JCL, CICS, SPUFI, QMF, TSO/ISPF, DB2, File-Aid,*
*Position Description: *
*Individual will work with a team to define a strategy for improving testing
methodologies and processes. Will also work independently or with a team to
validate applications as required*
