Works with internal customers, client account managers, systems developers and testers to deliver new functionality for the vision billing system. Works with developers to size effort for resource alignment purposes. Documents business facing requirements in approach documents, conducts reviews with business for approval, ensures requirement traceability to technical design and test plan documents.
