SKILLS
. Perform their respective responsibility as assigned by Client Project Manager
per the project plan to ensure timely and successful completion of project
milestones. . Must be knowledgeable of and follow the Siebel Best Practices. .
Must have 2+ years experience in Marketing amp; Campaigns, have experience in
Siebel release 7.8, and be knowledgeable in Siebel Analytics. Experience in
Siebel Energy vertical is desirable. . Assist Client project team in following
activities: o Interact with Client or LIPA business users as needed to get
clarity on business processes and requirements for in scope Demand Side
Management (Energy Efficiency) programs. o Perform fit-gap analysis for
existing business requirement to Siebel eEnergy and Marketing 7.8 and document
the Siebel functional specification (Siebel High-level design) for in scope
Energy Efficiency programs. o Mapping and documenting the business requirements
into Siebel application components as per the Project needs. o Recommend best
approach for using the Siebel Energy software based upon functional
requirements gathered. o Conducting gap/fit study and determining the
configuration/customization needs. Recommendations to be documented. Assist
Siebel Technical team in documenting Siebel Technical design (Siebel Detail
Design) by providing clarification to technical team's queries pertaining to
Siebel functional specification. o Provide knowledge transition to Client
resources with respect to Siebel functional design. o Participate in the
technical design, test planning and user documentation processes, may include
iHelp. . Will provide weekly status update in writing to the Client project
