*Location: Cary, NC* *Length: 1 year* *Rate: $25/hr - (sorry - this is MAX allowable by client)* Works on problems of diverse scope where *analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors *. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Frequently make decisions based on policies and practices but may develop new procedures to meet unique project requirements. Normally receives general instructions non-routine or on new or more complex assignments. Decisions are made independently and affect the work of others. Work is reviewed and measured on meeting objectives and schedules. Contact is typically advisory in nature and involves both the exchange of detailed/technical information and providing advice to clients on how to proceed regarding an issue or business problem; typically deals with middle or senior levels of management and/or external equivalents. Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge in job-related functional area and of the business. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, and *6-7 years related experience including team leadership experience. *Knowledge, Experience, or Certifications with CPE vendors such as Cisco and Nortel is a plus. *Past MCI or Verizon employment would be important along with experience with IRIS, SOC codes, and CIMR requests.
