The SAP Authorizations/Workflow Coordinator will collaborate with business representatives in each Keystone functional area to ensure workflow and authorizations are appropriately and accurately developed * * *General Accountabilities:* - Cross functional coordination of security authorizations and workflow - Work with Change Management Organization Alignment / Role Mapping person to ensure alignment of roles when defining workflow. - Work as part of a project team delivering high quality SAP solutions. - Configure SAP HR Authorizations / Workflow - Provide authoritative information regarding appropriate methods to develop workflow based on Segregation of Duties and authorizations. - Planning, Implementation, and Rollout of workflow solution. - Ensure accurate technical implementation of concepts including documentation and business requirements - Performing requirements gathering, design and build planning of *SAP*security Roles and configuration. - Working with HR team to align Heinz roles, configure system/platform security settings and configure GRC for SOD compliance. - Participate in and validate testing of developed solution. - Provide post go-live support when requested. * * *Education: * ** - Bachelor Degree preferred * * *Experience:* - At least 4 years experience in designing security strategies and approaches - 3+ years experience managing workflow processes / maps - Workflow administrative experience, upgrade experience, Workflow/HR integration, financial background, PMP certification, performance tuning a plus - Extensive experience leading the design and implementation of workflow solutions - One full cycle implementation of SAP workflow processes on SAP version 4.7 and above involving multiple tasks and custom business object types - Excellent business process know-how and excellent communication skills. - Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment and develop business partner relationships with clients. - Readiness to travel up to 20% - Work with minimal supervision to produce work products in more than one phase of an SAP project. - Develop and sustain positive working relationships with project team members. - Apply industry standard methods and tools as appropriate. *Thanks & Regards,* ***Kalyan Yantra Software Inc. * *Phone: 732-722-5309 / 732-722-5305* *Email: [email protected] * *www.yantrasoftware.com* * * * * --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP_BASIS" group.
