Strong knowledge of Software Configuration Management processes, tools and products. Experience implementing SCM disciplines in organizations a plus. *Solid Perl scripting knowledge and corresponding programming experience.*Java programming a plus. Process-oriented (able to establish, follow, and improve on ways to accomplish work in repeatable patterns). Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels within the organization. Strong problem-solving skills.
