Technical Team leader with swift decision making, strong Business analytical skills and Project Management experience. Highly motivated, self-starter, and go getter. Deep Siebel Technical Skills Required. Position Description: Working closely with the Program/Project Management team to create concepts and business cases and to define solution requirements. Working closely with Client team (requirements) to review requirements and verify that development team can work with them. Review estimates from the development teams and do a deep dive to discuss details wherever necessary. Work closely with the Project Team/Solution Development Lead to understand requirements, dates, milestones, development feature sets etc. Work closely with the Project Testing team Review artifacts created by the project team - including technical requirements, test strategy & plan, test cases. Work closely with all the Project Teams to ensure smooth interaction between the teams. Planning and managing the work to review design input / ratification of designs on projects Providing advice, guidance and judgment on technical leadership for the development team Identify technical risks in the project and bring to the notice of the Project Manager. Provide help and support to the project manager to manage the project in planning and resource requirements. Key Skills: · Good design and related development skills. · Experience of designing and delivering solution. · Experience of Database / Sql; Design tools etc · Experience on Siebel will be an advantage · Should have worked as technical lead in past projects · Experience with projects involving a variety of technologies, infrastructure, and architectures, including legacy systems, client/server applications, and middleware. · Strong sense of customer focus and managing customer expectations. · Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills · Demonstrates sound judgment · Strong background in staffing technical teams (interviewing, hiring or hire recommendations, orientation/training, downsizing). · Outstanding written and oral communication skills. · Outstanding problem solving, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
