Job Description: Generate business requirements in support of Plan of Record projects supporting MIS, VPN and client's Ethernet services. Documenting of process for ordering and provisioning. Overview of system testing and operations readiness testing. Giving training and instructing the operations team on desk level procedures for Ethernet ordering and provisioning.
