Conduct classes for WB IT Coordinators on configuring and trouble shooting Lotus Notes remotely. Support WB by configuring laptops Configure workstations for home use using WBs standard applications Provide users w/ electrical and tele-adapter travel kits for the country to be visited. Perform cooperative testing of new SW and HW products. Train and certify WB staff in the WBs Lotus Notes Mobile Cert Program, as well as remote access.
