Kindly forward their resumes to * [email protected]**.* *For more information call Ram @** *919-342-4592 * * Please include the rate and contact details also along with the updated resume. *VMWare SME* ** *Location: Oakbrook, IL* * Length: 3 months* * * *Rate: 50/hr all inc.* * * *Interview: Phone* * * · The person would have to be the lead VMWare specialist that has Designed, Installed and Upgraded VMWare Virtual Infrastructure 3 Environments. · This person would need to have good communication skills as they will be providing the necessary knowledge to the Windows Virtualization teams during the upgrades and would be responsible for any documentation and knowledge transfer. · This person would have to have knowledge of EMC Clariion SAN and VMWare infrastructure 3 Environments including Virtual Center. · The ideal candidate would also be familiar with virtual switching and firewalls for the VMware installation in the DMZ. · This exercise would be upgrading the primary virtualization platforms in Oakbrook which currently houses about 120 virtual machines. · Upgrade of 2 Node VMWare Farm from 3.02 to 3.5 and Upgrade Virtual Center (If Necessary) in Lab · Upgrade of 4 Node VMWare Farm in Battle Creek from 3.02 to 3.5 (Currently Not in Use) a. Migrate VMware Farm from XP10000 to CX3 · Installation of 5 Node VMWare Farm on Blades and Virtual Center · Upgrade of Oak Brook Production VMWare Farms/Virtual Center to 3.5 a. Upgrade of 1 5 node 3.02 Cluster to 3.5 b. Upgrade of 1-7 node 3.02 Cluster to 3.5 c.
