Project Description: One phase is to extend the current application (which currently allows citizens to pre-screen themselves for certain services). The second phase provides client with a more efficient method of processing applications. Technical Environment: Build with J2EE technologies, and the application sits on Websphere Application Server and makes use of Websphere Message Broker. Project needs more solid design patterns with J2EE, as well as core Java concepts (collections, etc) than with previous submissions. This person should also have experience in Struts and Hibernate. The contractor should be an excellent communicator and willing and able to handle a high pressure environment.
