*JOB SUMMARY**:*
*Requirement: *
-Have hardware expertise in Wintel platform and storage with regards to
configuration and troubleshooting
- Create test plan and test cases based on
requirements and technical specifications to validate
the solution and identify issues
-Capable of verifying HW/OS stability across driver/firmware revisions
-Familiar with basic testing tools and windows performance counters
Example: IOMeter, SQLIOStress, Load Runner, etc..
-Have familiarity with Windows Server administration
Example: Can create IIS Application Pool in IIS.
-Can leverage off the shelf tools for automation and trending
-Have in-depth understanding of hardware/storage technologies and
constraints in order to test limits
-SQL 2005 server experience and can perform basic queries and use
profiler
-Experience in software quality engineering in a commercial complex,
client/server distributed systems software product environment
-Have prior experience with regulator compliance such as ISO, FDA
