Adhere to established policy and procedures with respect to project management methodology, quality assurance and other related standards. . Develop specific objectives and milestones for projects and ensure they are accomplished within agreed upon scope, budget and time frames. . Provide leadership and direction to project team members and manage team activities in order to assure the best use of time and resources to meet the customer defined requirements and deliverables. . Communicate project status and issues to project sponsors and management so that effective steps can be taken when the project's performance deviates significantly from the plan. . Manage expectations on project delivery through regular assessment of project progress and timely communication of impact to customers. . Responsible for all issues resolution within projects . Minimum five years of experience as a project manager successfully delivering complex software development projects. . Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. . Ability to create detailed and accurate project plans . Must possess a solid knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle. . Must be able to work independently and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. . Project Management Professional (PMP) certification . Experience in using Microsoft Project . Ability to interact with others at all levels within the organization.
