Required Skills:
· Possess a thorough understanding of development and testing
methodologies
· Experience with Peopletools, upgrade/patch testing, ERP Technical
Architecture, and blackbox testing
· 3+ years experience creating testing deliverables that include Test
Strategies, Cases and Scripts
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills (i.e. analysis, recreation
and documenting the impact on the system overall)
· 3+ years experience testing PeopleSoft 8.x configuration, new
functionality, patches, fixes and upgrades
· Thorough knowledge performing data analysis using PeopleTools (SQR and
SQL)
· Functional knowledge of HR Benefits and payroll administration processes
· 3+ years experience testing legacy systems and 3rd party vendor
interfaces
· 3+yrs experience using Rational Suite (Rational Functional Tester, Test
Manager, Req Pro, Clear Case and Clear Quest)
Desired Skills:
· Working with an enterprise wide, large scale implementations
· Experience working with PeopleSoft Implementations in a government or
civil service environment.
· Excellent Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and
organizational skills are required .
· Experience working within a matrix environment.
