Understanding of the integration between SAP AFS and IS-Retail
Overall SAP knowledge (all modules/process areas in scope & how the work
together)
Understanding of integration with other Retail solutions such as Raymark
Broad application architecture skills
Expectations
Validate the straw man architecture- the overall story line, identify any
missing pieces of the story and complete quality reviews as the details come
together
Validate the proposed SAP landscape and how it interacts with the other
non-SAP applications - basically our overall architecture diagrams
Communicate the message to the client - this person must have sufficient
knowledge about SAP and its components to articulate the message of our
recommendation and the why behind it
Articulate what is leading practice and what have other retail/apparel
companies done
