I can't even begin to emphasize enough how important the communication
skills are.
I'm only interested in candidates with verbal communication skills that
are PERFECT (10/10).
Must have over 5 years of testing experience.
Experience with commercial software releases and windows client-server
architecture.
Other than that, I'm looking for the basic QA Lead - very skilled with
Quality Center, has written several test strategies/plans, understands test
prioritization, great communicator, and has recently executed manual tests in
Quality Center. Must also have QTP experience.
We Need a Test Lead who can coach and mentor a John Deere employee on how
to be an effective Team lead. In order to do this, they need to be a great
communicator and have good relationship building and mentoring skills. In
addition, this person will assist with creating test strategies, doing
requirements, and executing tests. They need great people and communication
skills. They need to be willing to work with others to grow and improve things
here using great communication skills. I don't want someone will poor people
skills that thinks they know everything coming in and demanding everything
change without working through the process.

Description: A Sr Unix admin who has managed & successfully implemented
complex IT infrastructures with Unix producing highly reliable, high volume
business transactions with high quality documentation.
Support IT infrastructures hosting business critical application
environments by using multiple flavors of UNIXs. Understand complex
organizational workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating sys
environment. good customer skills.
Available 24x7 for addressing production issues knowledgeable in all
aspects of designing, constructing complex infrastructure and information
architectures. high-level problem solving
and technical project management experience.
Technical knowledge of UNIX Solaris/AIX/Linux/VMware, in-depth
understanding of networking & storage subsystems & SAN. Expertise in advanced
system administration tools & programming skills.
ksh/bash/perl/python and prior experience of infrastructure tasks'
automation is highly desired. It expected that the candidate will be able to
develop custom OS packages by using advanced scripting languages
in procedural or OOP style for automation requirements.
The candidate should be comfortable and highly conversant with basic
aspects of infrastructure support architectures such as sendmail, NFS, NIS,
DNS, and LDAP etc. and databases administration. Ability to do advance
debugging and providing technical leadership during debug sessions with
diversified expert technical knowledge in enterprise applications, networking
and other back end infrastructure subsystems is a key to success in the
position.
A solid understanding in VERITAS products VXVM/VXFS/VCS is mandatory for
this position.
Previous experience of development of custom agents for VCS will position
the candidate with an advantage. The superficial knowledge of key deployed
technologies most of which are mentioned above will not suffice.
The candidate is expected to possess advanced knowledge and clear
conceptual understanding of these technologies and bring on the table a unique
skill set where he can be seen as the expert in that area in a team of highly
skilled and experienced administrators.
